You understand that these plans provided by Dave Gatton (DBA GarageWorX CNC) have a copyright, and that violation of the terms listed above is punishable by law. All sales on plans provided by Dave Gatton (DBA GarageWorX CNC) are final.

By accepting the terms of our agreement you are confirming that you will follow all terms listed in this agreement, and that you understand that your purchase allows you to use our plans for a SINGLE Gatton CNC DIY machine. By accepting the terms of our agreement you also release Dave Gatton (DBA GarageWorX CNC) from any and all liability in connection with our plans.
